I stayed at a Loews hotel and was expecting more from the amenities, especially for what it cost. The pool was fine, I guess, but crowded it was most of the time, and finding a chair felt like a small mission.

The gym was small too, and a few of the machines had that older, worn-out feel to them. In the room there was coffee stuff, which was nice enough, but not much else really, and the WiFi kept cutting out on me at annoying times.

The staff were nice, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole stay was bad. But for a 4 star hotel, the amenities just didn’t feel at that level to me. Not terrible, but back in a hurry I probably wouldn’t go

I stayed at Loews the parking cost was fair for the area. I was kind of expecting some random extra fee to pop up at checkout, but nope, nothing weird like that. It just made the whole trip a little easier, which I appreciated.

i booked through loewshotels.com and it was straightforward. the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. no real complaints from me. i’d definitely stay here again.

I was surprised by how quiet it was for a downtown hotel. I slept really well and barely heard anything all night?? Definitely a nice surprise.

Stayed at Loews and, you know, totally calm and not making a big deal out of it, but the housekeeping team was really so nice. The room was cleaned well every day, fresh towels were always there, the bed was made neatly, and they even left extra coffee after noticing we were using it. Nothing dramatic, just really appreciated coming back to a clean, comfortable room after being out all day

I really enjoyed the breakfast here. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions felt just right to me, not too small, not overly heavy. it was the kind of simple, satisfying meal that makes you feel like you picked the right place. No complaints from me.

I stayed here mostly because I just wanted to relax, and for me, the pool ended up being the best part. The water was clean, there were enough chairs to actually sit and unwind, and it never felt too loud or chaotic. My kids had a great time too, which made it even better. I’d come back just for the pool.

The bathroom was clean and looked nice, just on the smaller side 🙂 The shower pressure was decent too, so no real complaints!

I wasn’t expecting much since the restaurant was busy, but the staff ended up being really friendly and on top of things. Our food came out hot and quicker than I thought it would, and we never felt rushed while eating. Overall, it was a really nice experience and I’d happily go back again

The room was bigger than I thought it would be, which made the stay a lot more comfortable. There was plenty of space to unpack, move around, and actually relax without feeling cramped.

I stayed at Loews and was impressed with the WiFi. I had a couple of video calls during my stay, and they went smoothly without freezing or dropping. Connecting was easy too, which I appreciated since there weren’t a bunch of annoying steps. It worked well in both my room and the lobby. Overall, it just made the stay feel a lot less stressful.

I’m 100% sure this was one of the most pet-friendly stays we’ve ever had. My dog felt totally welcome from the moment we arrived, and it made the whole trip so much easier and more enjoyable...

Booked my spa visit through loewshotels.com and it was easy from the start. I showed up a little early, and my snap judgment was that the vibe was exactly what I needed: calm, clean, and no one trying to upsell me the second I walked in.
The massage ended up being really, really good, definitely one of the better ones I’ve had lately. I left feeling relaxed instead of hurried out the door, which I always appreciate. I’d absolutely go back.

My sink started leaking in the room and I was getting a little annoyed at first, but maintenance showed up really fast. The guy had it fixed in about 10 minutes, no drama or hassle. Went from frustrated to relieved quick.

Checkout was really smooth. I had an early flight, so I was kind of expecting some kind of delay, but the front desk already had my bill ready and there were no random extra charges or anything like that, so...

They emailed the receipt right away too, which I needed for work. The staff was friendly even though it was busy in the lobby. I’d definitely stay again, especially if I had another early morning like that.....

I stayed at Loews for a quick little trip and the bed was the best part. The mattress was soft but not too soft and the pillows were actually comfortable which I feel like almost never happens at hotels. I slept through the night both nights and didn’t wake up feeling sore. It was better than my bed at home. I’d stay again just for the bed.

I stayed for one night, and overall the room was okay. It was comfortable enough for a short stay, though the cleanliness felt a little inconsistent. The bathroom seemed clean at first glance, but I did notice a few hairs near the shower and some dust on the shelves.

The bed sheets looked fresh, which I appreciated, but the carpet probably could’ve used a more thorough vacuum. It wasn’t a bad stay by any means, but for the price, I was hoping for just a little more attention to detail.

I was really happy with how nice the staff were from check-in all the way through to when I left. I know friendly service might seem like a small thing, but for me it makes a big difference, especially when I’m spending money on a stay and just want things to feel easy. Everyone I spoke to was welcoming, quick to help, and never made me feel like I was bothering them. Even simple things like saying hi or answering a question right away made the whole stay more comfortable. I’d definitely stay again
